Hi, we are Billy Sutton and Lacey Sutton, a husband and wife team who work at Coldwell Banker Chesapeake Real Estate's Chestertown branch. The Sutton Team at Coldwell Banker Chesapeake is a full-service professional real estate agency that has assisted hundreds of clients in Kent and Queen Anne's counties. Working as a team enables us to provide better customer service and run more efficient operations. While most other agents in the area work alone, we think that working together makes us stronger. We have four children as well as a yellow lab named Mojo. We are both Kent County High School grads, and Billy has a degree in Agriculture, while Lacey has a degree in Paralegal Studies. When he's not helping clients sell houses, Billy enjoys sports and outdoor activities. Lacey appreciates creative chores such as refinishing old furniture and preparing delectable pastries. We enjoy spending time with our children and are deeply involved in youth baseball, football, soccer, the PTA, and 4-H.
We are both lifelong Kent County residents, so we know the area better than anyone! We were both reared in the neighborhood and are now raising our own families here. We'll gladly answer any questions you have about living here, such as "is it the perfect community for us?"
We, like many of our clientele, appreciate the Eastern Shore's rural and small-town appeal. We have particular expertise in agricultural real estate. Billy grew up on a Kent County grain and dairy farm, so when it comes to selling farm properties, we have an advantage over local real estate agents.
